You Are a Dash |
Your life is fast paced and varied. You are realistic, down to earth, and very honest. You're often busy doing something interesting, and what you do changes quickly. You have many facets to your personality, and you connect them together well. You have a ton of interests. While some of them are a bit offbeat, they all tie together well. You friends rely on you to bring novelty and excitement to their lives. (And while you're the most interesting person they know, they can't help feeling like they don't know you well.) I live my dash by sitting here drooling coffee all over my bathrobe reading blogs, occasionally looking at the clock and thinking, "oy, I really need a shower!"
See! See! I AM your BFF!!!!
I'm an Exclamation point!!!
"You are a bundle of... well, something.
You're often a bundle of joy, passion, or drama.
You're loud, brash, and outgoing. If you think it, you say it.
Definitely not the quiet type, you really don't keep a lot to yourself.
You're lively and inspiring. People love to be around your energy.
You excel in: Public speaking
You get along best with: the Dash"
*Yes, I did erase what didn't apply...I do NOT give away secrets!
Awww...I'm a semi-colon:
You are elegant, understated, and subtle in your communication.
You're very smart (and you know it), but you don't often showcase your brilliance.
Instead, you carefully construct your arguments, ideas, and theories until they are bulletproof.
You see your words as an expression of yourself, and you are careful not to waste them.
You friends see you as enlightened, logical, and shrewd.
(But what you're saying often goes right over their heads.)
You excel in: The Arts
You get along best with: The Colon
Great. I get along with a colon. Insert immature joke here.
I'm a dash :)
Hey bubba's sis...I'm a semi-colon too! and I see you beat me to the immature joke about getting along best with The Colon, lol! It must be that elegant and understated brilliance (that we don't want to show off) that caused us both to go down that path...
So Stacey - I'm kinda excited about the novelty and excitement you'll bring to my life when I drop by for a visit during my trip to MO.
I think I'll start calling my husband "The Colon".
I'm a , and I am so tired I can't even spell it comma. It said some pretty funny stuff, and that I get along bet with explanation points. Very cool. I'll have to look at this again when I am more awake.
Just wanted to check in and say hello. See how you and your family is doing, and let you know I am thinking of you. Have a good night.
XOXOX

I really do need to get my act together & do that quiz - it seems to have gone all around the blogosphere!
Just caught up on your past few posts & wanted to say that I'm so sorry about your little cat. We have two very adored cats in this household and I can only imagine how sad it would be to lose one of them.
Thinking of you from downunder!
Cate
I love your "how you live your dash" devotion. Something to think about.
I'm a comma.
You are open minded and extremely optimistic.
You enjoy almost all facets of life. You can find the good in almost anything.
You keep yourself busy with tons of friends, activities, and interests.
You find it hard to turn down an opportunity, even if you are pressed for time.
Your friends find you fascinating, charming, and easy to talk to.
(But with so many competing interests, you friends do feel like you hardly have time for them.)
You excel in: Inspiring people
You get along best with: The Question Mark
It's not MY interests that leave me so busy, it's the taxi-cabbing of the kids. Bleh.
