What? It's Not Friday Yet??? Ahh Well...Happy Throwback Thursday!

This was the wedding of a gal I went to college with. I believe I had just turned 20, but could be 19. I think 20, though, for some reason. We lost touch with each other but I put this up to show you how ahead of my time I was. I wore black to a wedding. At that time, it wasn't very accepted yet. But...I was on my own by that time and that was the only nice dress I owned!

If you want to play, here's go see the Pinks & Blues Girls (they're amazing!)

Wow, you have always been a total style maven, Stacey! And look, now practically everyone wears black dresses to weddings!

That's it, next time I go to a wedding I'm wearing white... we'll see if that catches on! :)

LOL DO it, Jane! I double dare ya! I think you'd have to worry more about the bride's mom than the bride, though. :)

I think you look great. My bridesmaid wore black at my wedding. I loved it. Well they wore black and white.. OH how my mom, Aunt and both of my grandma's hated that I wanted black. LOL

Great Throwback

You look great in your black dress. :o)
I got married on the 4th of July and it was crazy cool out that day, something like 60. Well, this is not normal for NW Ohio, so most of my friends wore black dresses. They were saying sorry, we bought cute sun dresses but it was to cold to wear them...lol!!!

Aww! Cute pic...and hey...I love the black dress! :) One time I wore JEANS to a wedding (yikes!), so I think your black dress is definitely better than that!
