I did manage to get this up before the day was done! Off to grill some steaks now--and of course the traditional birthday cake recipe. I need to share, it's really really good.

- Hi! I'm Stacey, and if you've landed here by accident, stay anyway. Jamee Forever because Jamee, my sister, is forever part of my life; her death in 2002 did not change that. Not a day goes by that I don't think of her and try to honor her memory. I fail some days (I'm sure she shakes her head often). I also have this handsome husband, two sons and a daughter--and while life is far from perfect, God has given me good reason to make it worthwhile. I find comfort in the beautiful souls I've encountered along the road I run, walk and sometimes limp along. And I find hope in Jesus, that I'll live to hear Jamee's voice again. Oh...and photos. I'm visual and I'm not afraid to use my camera!

My traditional birthday cake recipe involves going to the WalMart bakery, picking out a design from the binder, and telling them what I want written on it. :P
