Name Your Christmas Contest

My friend Marie and I were just bantering back and forth and she came up with an fantabulistic idea. And I, being the follower that I am, concur. What this blog-hood needs is a good holiday decorating party, complete with spiked eggnog (GiGi, for you, a nice little spiced cider) and Christmas cookies.

We want to get together. I have amazing blog friends. She does too. So do you. So we need to meet. We want to show off our Christmas cheer, display our decorating savvy with our friends. Yet, sigh, we live in different parts of the country--heck different parts of the world! Our solution? We're going to host a big blog party, show off your blinged-up-for-the-holidays blogs, pictures, you know. The stuff we do to make the season more complicated than it should bememorable. We've got the prizes lined up! Grand prize has been donated and heads up, it's nice. Bling.

In just a few days time, we've pulled it all together--but for one thing. We don't have a name for our contest. So we think it'd even better if you, my friend, Marie's friends, your friends, took a second to vote on the sidebar over to the right. There's a pole with the choices. The voting booths shut down Friday night regardless of any hanging chads or electronic malfunctions. Marie's blog has the pole going on as well.
